Instructions and Procedure for online submission of Application

General Instructions

  • 13th Convocation of the University is to be held on 13th December, 2024. (Keep visiting University’s website regularly for any information/ updates in this regard).
  • The students who have completed their Programme of study in 2024 are eligible for award of Degree/Certificate during this Convocation.
  • The students passing in 2024 are encouraged to attend the Convocation and collect their Degree/certificate. The students are required to register at this portal
  • Please keep a digital copy of your passport size photo with good visibiality of face and white background ready for upload.
  • The invitation slip (digital copy) shall be made available at this portal after verification of the information filled by the registered students.

  • Registration dates have been extended till 10th December 2024

Instructions for the Students:

    1. Please register below for "On-line Registration for 13th Convocation".
    2. Eligible students are required to register themselves for obtaining the Degree and pay the requisite fee for Convocation SCARF (refundable) of Rs 1500/- through Online mode only.
    3. Students are required to download and take print out of the Invitation Slip inclduing fee. Please carry the registration slip for entry to the venue.
    4. After production of the registration slip, Convocation SCARF shall be issued to the student. 
    5. After the convocatio  is closed, students are advised to return the Convocation SCARF. 
    6. The registration fee of the students (who have returned the Convocation SCARF) shall be refunded online within 7 working days.
    7. Please note that the payment shall be refunded online to the same account from which the student has made the payment.
